Chocolate cupcake card

I’ve done a Z-fold card for some friends of ours who recently moved in to a new apartment and were throwing a party to celebrate it. We gave them a baking tray for mini-cup cakes as a moving in gift, so the topic for this week’s challenge at the TOMIC blog, chocolate brown and cream, was just perfect! The girl Anna also likes these colours and I tried to fit the papers to match her style as well. When delivered she noticed this, so that was fun! :-)

On the back of the card I added my favourite recipe for mini-cupcakes, to match the theme of the card and the gift too of course.

Material that I’ve used for this card are:
Love muffin-stamp from Magnolia, coloured with copic markers and the glazing was done with glossy accents and Distress stickles worn lipstick. Behind the stamp is a doily made with Cherry Lynn design’s French pastry die.

Papers used are from Webster’s pages (Nature’s storybook and a sweet life: breath it all in and home sweet home) and Bo Bunny (Jazmyne botanical).

Several types of flowers in brown and cream colours, some of them hand made. Brads from Panduro.
I used the deco fan punch from Martha Stewart to decorate the top of the card.
Edges were distressed with vintage photo and walnut stain.

Thanks for stopping by!
